what a beautiful house!!! many congrats on the selling and buying!!!

Congrats on the quick sale. I love your new house. Can't wait to see pics of the inside. Older homes have so much charm.

wow you've had quite a whirlwind couple of weeks! congrats on selling the house without the realtor. that's every homeowner's dream! and your new house is so great, too. the way things are coming together it's obvious you made the right choice.

I love the house. Having just been through the whole house thing less than a year ago, I'm sending you good karma to easily get through the process. Have a great weekend!

Congrats on the house! It's adorable. How are your family & coworkers taking the move?

The house looks fab! The porch will be awesome for fine-weather knitting.

Good luck with all of the real estate wheeling and dealing - having just gone through it myself, I know a little of what you are going through.

That is one adorable house. And you'll have plenty of room for all your yarn! ;) Glad that things are moving along smoothly for you.

Congrats on everything going so smoothly (although you must not anger the universe by stating that in your post!)
Lots accomplished, maybe some knitting reward at the end? Life changes are always very very hard. I'm impressed with how "march forward" you are about it.

The new house looks great! Good luck with the buying and selling. :)

I love the house! It looks great.

Yaay! Everything's coming together so well. I LOVE love LOVE the house. If the only downisde is lack of garage you got very lucky :)

What a charming house! The porch is perfect for knitting on lovely autumn evenings. I hope that a suitable porch swing or chair is high on the list of priorities. Lots of luck with the move.

Wow, I'm exhausted for you! I have a great friend who just moved to Charlotte so I'm sure I'll be coming up that way... ;-)
